Faulk County Record For April 4, 2012

It’s not April fools, the weather got to 88 degrees here this past week.

Now, Easter is here and in this week’s Faulk County Record the sings of spring about. Weather it’s kids with the Easter Bunny or the City’s springtime preparations, warmer weather is here. Our top stories are the city councils proceedings, addressing spring cleaning issues including the Public Meeting on the fractured city sewer system in dire need of expensive repairs. Reports on the Dakota Rising events in Faulkton last week as well as upcoming local elections and a wider report from Dakotafire Media on the state of rural roads are other stories of interest this week.

Front Page for March 21, 2012

Top stories this week are the announcement of elections for several county government positions, a semi-formal jazz and vocal music event being hosted at the community center on March 31., and a feature on the upcoming art show this weekend of March. 24 & 25th.
